Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
since all orders are made by us personally, allow 3-5 business days to package and ship products. Digital/Electronic items are emailed immediately after payment is processed. The turnaround time depends on the products that you order. Our regular turnaround time is 3 business days. However, some items require a little extra time. If you are under a time crunch and are looking to get a gift order turned around faster, chances are we can squeeze you into our production schedule. Please
reach out at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate your request. For some items, there may be a rush handling fee for express shipping.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We ship all items by USPS or FedEx. If you have your own shipping account with FedEx or UPS, you can give us your shipping number and we can ship the order under your account at your cost. Please note that we may still have to charge a small handling fee for packaging your products with our
packaging materials. Some items may be shipped fragile which will arrive in 2-3 business days. If you place an order through the website, we may charge a flat rate shipping of $5 or $10 to ship it fragile so you can receive the item quickly as possible.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
we do not ship outside of the US at the moment. That option may be updated soon. Check back in a couple of months for updates.

WHEN IT’S HOT OUTSIDE, WILL MY BATH & BODY PRODUCTS MELT?
In the summer months, we ship all orders through UPS and FedEx which means that some items may liquify because of the temperature of the trucks. Soaps will not liquify. If you receive your items (body butter, hair butter, beard butter) and they are liquified, shake it well then just place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and it will be back to its normal state. It will remain solid at room temperature after you take it out of the refrigerator.
