Refund And Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. If you need to return an item, please make a not of our no-hassle 30-day return policy. Coaching, Seminars, Tele-seminars, and Trainings are considered confirmed at the time of purchase. Space is very limited in our programs.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item fro mthe date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original package. You must provide a copy of purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
All purchases for non-digital services have a 3 day right to cancellation by the purchaser. Notice of desire to cancel MUST be given in writing and within 3 business days from the date of the transaction. Cancellations for nondigital services that are requested outside of the 3 day right of rescission, will be honored however, no cash refund will be given. In the event you need to withdraw from a program, a credit for any monies paid will be given and may be used for up to one year toward any of our other products, services, or workshops.
All purchases for digital products have a 30-day money-back guarantee. This means that you can request a full refund at any time during the first 30 days from the purchase of a digital product. Please send us a written request within the 30day period to request a refund to the email address listed in the Contact Us section herein. Refund requests for digital products that are received past the 30day period will not be honored.
- If the item was damaged during shipment, we’ll replace it.
- If the item arrived defective, we’ll replace it.
- If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll take it back.
For all bath and body products, due to Covid19 restrictions, we cannot take any items back. If you are not satisfied with any of our bath & body products, we will issue a refund less shipping cost. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the date you received the item. Send us an email explaining the problem and included the following information:
- Why you want to return the item, including photos or videos of the problem.
- A copy of your original purchase receipt
- Your name, address, emaill address and daytime phone number.
Once you are approved for a refund, we’ll send you a confirmation email of approval and approval amount. If an item needs to be returned to us due to one of the reasons listed above, we will email you a return shipping label and detailed shipping instructions. Remember, you will be responsible for the shipping cost if return an item that was not damaged or defective.
Shipping Non Defective/Damaged Returned Items
You will responsible for paying for your own shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee for returning your item that is not damaged or defective. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
